The toy is produced by MAFIA Factory and available in 3 edition:
Regular Red (600pcs), Black (300pcs),
and a Pink Edition limited to only 100pcs

Made from the CE platform, the toy can "transform" by rotating its helmet from Ultraman to the "Science Patrol" face and Japanese Ultraman logo on the inside head.
